The format of this educational travel series is composed of stories of interest from schools throughout North Carolina, education conference highlights, and one-on-one interviews with notable North Carolinians including students, teachers, principals, superintendents, politicians, and other newsmakers. The program launched February 2020.

2016 Visit to the Ocracoke School

Go inside the Tar Heel Teachers vault to December 2016 for our special visit to the beloved Ocracoke School! On 9/6/19, Hurricane Dorian significantly damaged the school. In this never before seen episode, Marlow Artis is given an extensive tour of the school by former principal: Walter Padgett.
